Note that on his site Dr. James provides a very
similar set of place lists starting from the same data set. His include
a "unit cost" column and are alphabetical. The ones on these
pages have somewhat more precise latitude and longitude
(generally), are grouped by likely interest, and include links to
maps and (in many/some cases) photographs.
